• We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and ingredient lists. However, colors and packaging may slightly vary.
• Always perform a patch test before using any new product on your child.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Payments can be made securely via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking through our payment partners.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

• Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petalscare.com with photos and unboxing videos for verification.
• Once we've received and reviewed the images, videos, or returned product, we'll proceed with the next steps — such as a replacement or any other suitable resolution.
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Your personal details (name, address, email, payment info) are used solely for order processing and communication purposes.
• We never share your data with third parties except for shipping and payment processing.

• Our products are Dermatologist and Pediatrician tested and formulated with gentle, child-safe ingredients. However, every child's skin is unique, and reactions may vary in cases of pre-existing skin sensitivities or medical conditions.
• We recommend performing a patch test before use and consulting a pediatrician or dermatologist if your child has any known allergies or skin concerns.
• Petals Care shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivities, medical conditions, or misuse of the product. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
