Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your order in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged or leaked
• The product is defective or expired

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at hello@petalscare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue
• Unboxing video

Once verified, we'll process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Your item may be eligible if:

• It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The issue is verified and approved by our support team

Products not eligible for refund:

• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Products purchased during a sale or with a coupon (unless defective)

Once your return or issue is approved:

• Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the product hasn't been shipped yet.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We currently do not offer product exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
